The cons: - No elevator — and 53 stairs. - Very little natural light. It’s a long narrow apartment with a couple of windows at each end (looking out on a narrow shaft). The living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and one bedroom have no windows, and the electric lights are kind of gloomy. - The apartment...

"Very nice and comfortable stay in a beautiful historic building. Having safe and secure free parking attached to the building was a major draw! Not having to worry about finding a parking spot and paying additional parking fees in the city alleviated unnecessary stress. Our stay was due to a family member having surgery with a week long hospital stay at the nearby Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
