"The hotel team was very helpful and quick to offer a shuttle ride for me to meet my son, who was arriving at the airport. My husband and I had driven 7&1/2hrs instead of the usual 2&1/2 to pick him up. A road closure occurred. The shuttle ride to save us some extra driving was wonderful "

"From the moment we walked into the hotel, we were taken care of. Because it was my birthday, we were upgraded to a room with a harbor view. It was great to wake up, see the harbor and how the weather changed throughout the day. Our room was clean, bed comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. The bartenders gave several recommendations for places to eat. On our last evening, we shared a nice steak dinner as a late night snack in the restaurant. Everyone was friendly and helpful, would recommend to anyone!"

"Checking In could have been better. They didn't charge me the rest for my room and took forever for my security deposit to come back."

"The only complaint I have is that they only have 3 handicap parking spots and for a period of 36 hours, once they left an airport shuttle parked in one of those spots. "
