"In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. The bathroom needs a light over the sink. 2) There is a noticeable musty smell, as is common with basement space; there are dehumidifiers running so this might...

"Good stay, house was as advertised. Great value on the lake and very close to Cooperstown. Owner very responsive. Excited to come back!No yard to speak of, so road and lake are very close to the house (keep an eye on small kids)."

"I spent a week in this tiny house, and yes, it's tiny! The washer and dryer are in the bedroom, so there's no room for a nightstand. I used my luggage. There wasn't a good place to store my week's worth of clothes, either. I figured it out. Other than those minor inconveniences, this place is lovely. The host was awesome, very quick with responses. He even followed up on s question to make sure it was settled"
