"Superb hotel, location is excellent with very modern facilities. Friendly staff, with a great breakfast selection. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Borovets if we were to return. This is isn’t about the hotel but Borovets resort needs to start investing in new lifts etc - the lift pass cost has increased and the facilities should too. That’s why we wouldn’t return to the resort!"

"We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our 2- bedroom apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen had sufficient amount of utensils and plates. We brought our own coffee machine, if we had not, there would not be a way for us to make our own coffee (we prefer it first thing in the morning, before dressing to go for breakfast to the restaurant). "Velingrand: A quiet town that offers nothing besides some taverns/restaurants and small shops.Dont visit if you are looking to have fun. NOT recommended for young people! Hotel: Generally a nice hotel. Staff is professional. However indoor SPA pools are outdated and need to be modernized. Also, there arent many activities to do; They could at least arrange for a walk in the park or music events. Dont go there if you are too active.Go there to isolate from everything"
