"I recently stayed at Hotel Orlovetz and overall had a good experience, but with some notable drawbacks. The hotel itself is great—the rooms are very clean, modern, and offer the best views you can get in Pamporovo. Waking up to those mountain views was definitely a highlight of the stay. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, but dinner was inconsistent. On Friday and Saturday, the food was great, but during the weekdays, it wasn’t nearly as good, likely due to fewer guests....

"The rooms need an upgrade. Smell bad, the towels are so used or bad washing machine. The spa is excellent and makes all money paid. We get a ticket for parking on front of the hotel. The receptionist said the parking is not free but didn’t mention we gonna get a fine if we leave the car there. We left one day earlier, but no refund or credit for that. The receptionist said that is not possible because our reservation was pre-paid! Instead we paid the fine. The breakfast is served until...

"The Hotel Elegant Lux is in a great location just a few minutes from the ski gondola and the many bars and restaurants around town. It has a shuttle bus to and from the gondola. We stayed for five nights. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had half board and the breakfasts and dinners were good with a buffet for both. For dinners where there are fewer diners they do table service. There is a spa with pool, sauna and jacuzzi which was good. We went in the morning and were the only people...

"Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. "

"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."
