"Excelente local, infra estrutura para adultos excelente. Fomos em all inclusive e fomos surpresos pela qualidade da comida (bebidas nao inclusas). Piscinas adultos e infantis enormes com spa e ofuro para adultos. Porem a parte infantil encontrava-se sem manutencao, aparentando abandonada. Esse foi nosso unico lamento. Funcionarios cordiais e atenciosos. Voltaremos com certeza caso a parte infantil seja rejuvenescida."

"Ótima estadia, as paisagens são lindas o quarto é amplo mas o colchão poderia ser melhor. Os equipamentos do hotel também são muito bons."

"Hotel não vale o valor da estadia. Quartos sem nenhum tipo de acústico. Conseguimos escutar tudo que as pessoas falavam e faziam nos quartos ao lado, também no corredor. Café da manhã muito simples, ou seja foi tudo muito ruim, a pior estadia da minha vida. Falamos com a recepcionista e a mesma disse que quem montou o hotel não pensou nessa parte de acústico, e disse sentir muito. Mas sentir muito não devolve o dinheiro que pagamos e que foi muito mal pago."

"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. "O hotel é ótimo! Quarto confortável, funcionários solícitos e educados, café da manhã maravilhoso, parte externa excelente. A única coisa que fica a desejar é a limpeza do banheiro, tinha muito lodo no box e o chão do quarto estava muito mal limpo. Equipe de limpeza necessita ser alertada."

"Stayed in a Triplo Chalet with a queen bed. Room was cozy and had everything we needed. No fan or air conditioning, but the temperature dropped into the 50s F at night and so was very comfortable. There was a neighborhood dog who barked much of the night (very annoying) and we could hear someone snoring nearby, which was surprising seeing how the chalets are situated. "Foi uma boa estadia. Mas teve seus contratempos: primeiro o quarto não estava liberado as 14 hrs. Segundo o chuveiro estava queimado. E terceiro, o quarto ficou bem sujo devido ao conserto do chuveiro e limparam, mas não trocaram a toalha de chao suja. Mas a equipe foi atenciosa."

"O hotel está próximo de uma área comercial, nem tanto do centro histórico. Estava com uma boa organização para atender as condições sanitárias. O café é farto, diversificado e de qualidade. As condições do quarto deixam um pouco a desejar. Estava frio e as janelas não isolam, não tem cobertor no quarto (mas foram disponibilizados mediante pedido), a torneira do banheiro não tem água aquecida. Todo o barulho da rua é ouvido no quarto. Além disso, o quarto não tem espaço como armários ou suportes...

"We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here."
