"There is an amazing bellboy who works in concierge and is mute. Please pass on my compliments to him for his amazing service. If there was an employee of the month award, i would gladly award him. He deserves it. I totally forgot his name but his initial is ‘S’. It was lovely using sign language to communicate with him."

"Perfect place to stay if you have an over night layover, you never leave the airport. This is how it worked for us: we had a domestic flight from BOM to DEL which arrived at 8pm and our international flight on a different airline did not leave until 7:50 the next morning so there was no way to check our bags. No worries! We arrived at terminal 3, collected our bags and exited the baggage claim area and turned left and followed the signs to domestic transfers (do not go outside). Right past the domestic transfers sign are booths, one was for the hotel. They had a list of all the guests staying at the hotel and they then walked you and your bags through the initial security checks, through private areas and to the hotel. All you had to do was present your passport and PRINTED copy of your boarding pass (We had our hotel in BOM print it for us). We kept all our bags in our room. The next morning an associate escorted us and our bags up to the check in counter and stayed with us until the bags were checked in. He then showed us which line to stand in to get through security. I think there are two entrances or maybe even two hotels in the airport. Our entrance was on the domestic side of terminal 3 to the far left of the check in hall. If your luggage does not need to be checked I think you can just go through to international connections and the entrance to the hotel is in the secure area right by the Encalm lounge. They were so great!"

"Staff was very corteous at the time of check in, He had upgraded my room but 1 thing i didnt like about , when i requested for shuttle service from hotel to the airport to other desk person in night time itself , she refused and said you will have to call in morning prior 15/20 mins of ur check out time and if its available thn only they will provide shuttle services at the Airport . i had very early morning flight . I dont appreciate Limbo kind of situation.. proper shuttle service arrangements must be there ..most of the time people prefer staying into hotels closer to the Airpot just because of easy shuttle services for drop off and pick up . Other thn that i had very pleasant stay at the hotel .i'll definitely recommend my friends n family to stay at this Hotel on their Visit to Delhi .😊"
