"Welcoming and helpful staff. Mediocre continental breakfast. Not prepared for the influx of guests during Easter week. Items were running out quickly and only one toaster for over 100 rooms filled. Since that is the only way to heat breakfast items, a better system needs to be used. Pool deck and floors near the pool area were very slippery and unsafe. Told there is no daily cleaning service. Overall, a nice place to stay."

"We stay at Lancaster Inn & Suites 2x a year when visiting family. Always a joy to stay here. Even with the massive renovations the staff was amazing, it was quiet, and kept clean. The staff always goes out of their way to make us feel welcome. Love the newly renovated rooms!"

Family spring break

"This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this hotel and we will continue to choose this hotel in the future as well. The staff are friendly, the amenities are great for our family and it is located centrally to a lot of the places we like to visit when we are in Lancaster."
