"The receptionists at the front desk was very nice and cheerful! Her demeanor was pleasant and inviting. The property was clean, aside from one dark hair on the hand towel in the bathroom. It was a huge bummer to not have coffee available in the morning, and also inconvenient that the ice machine wasn’t functioning. Thankfully, there is a 7-11 within walking distance! With the quiet, clean environment, pleasant customer service, and inviting ambiance, I would absolutely recommend this motel to...

"We enjoyed our stay at Best Western. Staff especially "Katie" were extremely pleasant and helpful. We should have asked for a blanket before realizing at 2am we needed it but that is on us as it was offered when we checked in. We would stay here again. Location is also extremely convenient off 101."

"Odor in the room when you first walked in. Light switch and fan switch were located in the bathroom on the wall of the bathtub. Shower curtain could cover it, but a safety concern if Mike Holmes of “Make it Right! Mike” would have a field day with this place."
