"We've stayed here twice so far. The owners are very nice and helpful. We ordered food and didn't have any plates or silverware, but the owner supplied us with both and saved us a trip to the store. It's an older motel but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Even though it's on a main road, it's surprisingly quiet. We will be staying here again. "

"Loved the unique Crab Shack. Great coffee bar set up. Stairs are a little steep for those older or toddlers. But we managed fine. Not sure how sleeping on the top bunks might be if you are tall. We didn't need to use them. Location is great. Nice private back yard with a hot tub. Would come back again for sure. "

"Overall, the stay was awesome and we loved the house! We were here for a crabbing trip and it was a convenient distance to the boat launch. The house was clean and we LOVED the kitchen. It was well stocked with spices and cookware. The island also made for a nice social setting and the table was big enough to for us all to eat together. The only down side was they forgot to leave us dishwasher soap and we had to handwash dishes throughout our vacation. They did allow us to leave dirty dishes...

"We planned a fishing / crabbing trip out of Winchester Bay. This property was perfect for me and my four friends. The master bedroom is on the main floor with three other bedrooms on the top floor. The bedrooms on the top floor have limited headroom due to the roof line. If you are not extra tall you will be fine. The kitchen was the most well equipped vacation rental home that I have found. This property worked great for our fishing trip!"
