"The location of the property is very good. Easy access for bus and ferries.However our unit was facing Brunswick Rd and you could not use the balcony due to road noise. Secure undercover parking is good, although the car spaces are very tight. The unit could improve on these things: -provide dishwasher detergent, more than 1 dishwashing sachet- we stayed for 4 nights! - buy better quality cutlery and more plates etc - overall furniture quality was cheap - uncomfortable lounge and bed - laundry...

"Very spacious well appointed apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (only 1 bedroom required). Everything was provided to prepare your own meals when you tired of the junk food outlets and a big Coles in the complex. Found the large leather/vinyl? sofa sticky in hot weather. Great secure central location, well maintained with pleasant staff and secure parking."

"Good hotel if on a budget. Good: good location great views reasonable price. everything nearby. Nice staff. Bad: Bathroom is tiny and has nowhere to hang towels Place could have been cleaner and is quite aged. Kitchen bin was tiny also. TV had loads of wifi connectivity issues and trouble using screen cast. Pool area was fine, pool has a very weird steep angle that runs across the pool. No spa/sauna. Overall would give the place a C "

"Overall very nice place. Balcony had a nice view, he beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was clean and had everything we needed. They even provided some dishwasher liquid and laundry detergent. Perfect for 2 weeks. Location was great. A couple close train stations, several parks, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops all within a few blocks. "

"It’s a great property to stay with family, they just need to upgrade the mattress and single beds/mattress as they were not really comfortable. Also need to provide more cups/glasses, no wearables in the bathroom and nothing to clean/wipe the floor after taking shower. Our son slipped twice in the bathroom due to wet floor. Room service would be a great comfort, at least every second day for someone who is staying for a longer period. "

"Service was helpful and straight forward. Also helped when I was lost or needed advice. The only thing is with expedia you need to point out it was not reserve and pay when arrive. The client actually sends an invoice to pay before which is ok but stipulate this. Also there is a bond that has been taken and not returned yet"
