"The bed was a bit old and a topper would do it wonders but still ok. The pillows were not so great but the towels were awesome...soft, fluffy, and thick. The aircon works well, but the blinds are not in the best working order. Parking was a bit scarce but doable."

"I wasn't expecting luxury and I got just what I was looking for and more : a simple, peaceful private room with my own fridge and sink and electric kettle (hooray) and even my own little balcony (a huge plus!!) set in the shade if tropical plants. The communal kitchen was very clean and tidy, shared bathroom likewise, staff were amazing, mattress was super comfortable and the whole place just oozed historic charm. Only downside was that my room had no air conditioning. But I decided to take that...

"This was my second stay here, it’s such a lovely quiet and peaceful place. The cabin was clean and comfy with great amenities. The location is great, very close to so many places. Check in was so easy and the communication was excellent. Thanks for another wonderful weekend away!"

"Wallaby Ridge Retreat was a beautiful serene spot overlooking the valley, with a spa, pool and peace and quiet. A few of the wallabies were roaming around. Dan the manager was very helpful on hand for anything you needed. The little town of Canungra is close by with coffee shops etc. I would definitely recommend this lovely place. Thanks Dan for a lovely stay. "
