"Beautiful hotel!!! Pictures match perfectly. When we entered our room, it smelled fabulous and we didn’t check in until after 7 pm. The staff were great and we loved that we could walk to the mall which was essentially just across the street. Would definitely recommend staying here. The breakfast options were delicious. If we ever travel to Charlotte again, we would definitely stay here again without a doubt!!!"
