"The house was very clean as promised. It has great potential if owners would update the furnishings of the house. While the furniture was very clean it was mostly worn out. Definitely not up to par with other properties we have stayed in associated with VRBO. The outside has got to be cleaned up. Abandoned swimming pool with tall brush growing up around it and what’s up with the junked Bass boat in the back yard. If I was a neighbor I would contact local government agency to get this yard...

The house was beautiful, there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us, and we had the best time! Chelsi was also super great/quick with communication when I had a question! "The house had a generous layout with room to spread out and be comfortable. Sited right on the waterfront, it was a beautiful location. It’s all there - a hot tub, kayaks, pool table. We parked 4 cars too. Owner was responsive to anything that came up - our wayward Amazon package - even reaching out to mail carrier for help. Very accommodating! Would certainly return when we get a chance."

"The main reason we selected this property was the lake. Thats the cover picture for this place and a lot of photos touch on it. Its even called the lakefornt cottage, i believe. That is the only reason we selected this place. Much to our dismay, when we arrived inthe lake. We are from Texas so if this happens every winter, we have no idea. We wish the host would have told us this as we had planned activities around the lake. The water also smelled like metal when I showered or washed my hands. I...

"We went in November for a small family retreat and did expect to nor did we swim or kayak. But being on the lake, sitting on the dock and small beach was a magical way to see so many many stars in the sky. It was steps to walk into Pawtuckaway park and go in a hike. We made it to the fire tower!"

"This fit the bill for an unplanned birthday overnight. Everything went smoothly and was as described. We regret our stay was too short to enjoy some of the amenities but we hope to return."

"This is a beautiful home. Close to all the action in Hampton Beach. KC and the Sunshine Band was playing at the Casino Ballroom it was a great show!!! Ruthie was a wonderful host and kept in touch throughout our 10 day stay. We will definitely stay here again next year with friends. Thank you Ruthie for everything ;)"

"Sandra was a great host and IMMEDIATELY responded to ally our inquiries. The fenced in yard was great for the dog! Plenty of places to enjoy morning coffee outside. It was an easy walk to beach! We even found a bagel shop! "
