"The place was beautiful and immaculate. We were keen to give a 5 star rating to this property . However on our 2 nd last night the pool maintenance people may have not left a chemical in the pool which possibly should not have been used for 24 hrs . This was not communicated to us and actually it should have been done after we had left. As a result 3 kids who played in the pool was he following morning developed chemical burns and were tearful.. "The place was cleaned and the girls Made our bed daily and changes the linen’s regularly. My husband went to the pool he used the raft and noticed a leak in the seam and he mentioned this Michael. Suddenly this was his fault and he needed to pay for it. Then Michael the owner proceeded to tell us we had to pay for the electricity. What? Never has a rental studio asked for electricity payment. "I was very pleased with the property. The size of the rooms and house and pool were larger than I expected. Everything was clean and modern. We enjoyed the house very much. The location is walking distance to the main road where you can find bars, food, markets, and restaurants. We were there 5 days and spent about 1200B for electricity in addition which was not unexpected. The agency was very kind and helpful. "Beautiful modern and clean house with private swimming pool. The villa is over 1 hour away from airport. It’s in a residential area, about 40 minutes away from the Patong beach where most of the nice restaurants and shopping is located. You will definitely need your own transportation to come and go. "was very nice and clean, room.layout is abit bizarre however, like this bed/couch unmovable construct in front of the main viewing window..im not certain what its for other than blocking access to the window, has nonbackrests to sit on, and there is no coffee table in front of couch if you want to drink coffee and set it on something.. only a small table in puny kitchen with rock hard chairs.. everything else is really good "

"Great location, very clean rooms, safe, walkable to food and convenient stores. Do be prepared to have 500bht for key deposit. Washer and dryer you can use between the hours of 10-7. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors, but everyone was very respectful of noise level. We would stay again! "
