"Det enda som var sämre med hotellet var de stenhårda sängarna. Men har hört av flera vänner att det är så överlag i Thailand. Efter några nätter var det okej, 11 nätter var vi där. "The main guy Saharat was amazing. He turned a good experience into and excellent one. This hotel has new staff since the older reviews and the hotel is very nice. Get Saharat to order a taxi for you from the airport since the Google maps location for this hotel is wrong. Location is one block from the ocean off the noisy main Street. Rawai beach is best for eating seafood if you want to lay in a beach there are 3 gorgeous beaches for sitting a few minutes motor bike ride away (we walked). Rooms...

"DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL Double booked. They charged me extra for Spa room - then when i arrived said it had been broken for months and they double booked any way. Just a scam for more money. Very poor tourism for un caring operator in Thailand. My advice is do not stay at this hotel"

"The actual resort was far less than what the pictures portrayed on the website. Only thing that was good about the place was the staff who were very kind and helpful. The A/C did not work well, the mattresses were so hard might as well slept on the floor, food was so so. Spent as much time as we could away from the place. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless major changes were made to the resort"
