"Really good hotel, big thank you to all staff who were very friendly, always smiling and welcoming. Hotels room very specious, clean, comfortable beds, great big swimming pool. Our TV was not working the staff replaced it straight away. Only minus would be no indoor kids area for kids, no slides in swimming pool and room towels were not very fresh even the new ones. We still highly recommend Rawai Palm Beach resort, very affordable and good quality. "

"Great location, very clean rooms, safe, walkable to food and convenient stores. Do be prepared to have 500bht for key deposit. Washer and dryer you can use between the hours of 10-7. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors, but everyone was very respectful of noise level. We would stay again! "

"The actual resort was far less than what the pictures portrayed on the website. Only thing that was good about the place was the staff who were very kind and helpful. The A/C did not work well, the mattresses were so hard might as well slept on the floor, food was so so. Spent as much time as we could away from the place. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless major changes were made to the resort"
