"Wonderful guesthouse, stepped out right into Kata night market where we had most of our food. Beach is a 12 minute walk. Lots of other food and shopping options. Didn't mind not having elevator, but the only issue was the beds were very uncomfortable with no option for a mattress pad. "

I decided to take the room BUT I then found out the room was at the top of the stairs 7 flights up! I’m glad I only had to stay one night. "

"What a gem this place is. Owners and their family were so welcoming and friendly. Helpful in every way they could be. The property is situated down a quaint alley that adjoins other apartment complexes. We enjoyed people watching with the morning coffee, and just talking it all in. Steps away is a great locals restaurant where we were able to eat for a family of 3 for about $9 CAD. "The staff are friendly and the location is decent. However we felt disappointed with the lack of house keeping. We stayed eight nights and only received housekeeping one time. No toiletries, no bottled water, a shower with very weak water pressure, a fridge which barely functioned and a problematic leaky air conditioning unit.
