"Just a very average stay. Surfaces and linens were clean. Water filter in fridge had light on, needed to be changed. AC/furnace control panels had lights on specifying filter change needed. Towel rods and hooks were loose and/or falling off in the bathrooms. We aren't pool people so I can't review that, although it appeared clean and maintained. Nothing to actually ruin our stay, just little things here and there that could have been better to earn a 5 star review."

"We visited for my son’s birthday and we wish we would’ve stayed longer. Dave was very attentive and responded to my messages in a timely manner. Dave and Lisa had a birthday card ready for my son, such a nice gesture, it was the perfect touch. The toilet seats are heated and my 5 year kept saying “my favorite toilet”, lol. Looking forward to visiting again. "

"We loved our secluded weekend at Roberta's place among the oaks, red shank shrubs and boulders near Ranchita. She and Genevieve were accommodating and patient with our requests for a change in the bed arrangements and let us in early when we arrived. Lovely views, good working kitchen. Close to hiking up on the plateau and less than a half hour from Anza Borrego. Enjoyed the hot tub as well!"
