"Peaceful property with very stylish and very clean barn. Our two sons were amazed with how many animals they could pet. Amber, our host gave us a bowl of carrots to feed to the sheep, donkeys, goats and horses. There are chickens, peacocks, turkey, ducks — we got fresh duck eggs for breakfast! It was an amazing experience for the whole family. Our 2 large dogs were very welcome and had a great time as well."

"We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at the La Paz house. The house has all the needed amenities and was very clean. We spent our time hiking in the early morning, enjoying the sun and cooling off in the cowboy pool in the afternoon, then dinner and stargazing in the evening. The backyard area is fully fenced which is just what we needed to relax with our pup. Paul was a great host. We will return."

"Very welcoming home that is comfortable, clean, and includes a well-stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, etc.). Location provides terrific views of the sunrise (great for enjoying morning coffee) and sunsets (great for enjoying a glass of vino). Host is friendly and I look forward to staying here again."

"I needed a place to process the final stages of my divorce, and the Magical Retreat was just what I needed. The energy of the place is filled with love, it’s vibrant, and has lots of natural light with the numerous windows. Beautifully decorated with positive messages throughout. The outdoor space was amazing with cute fairy doors, a labyrinth, and more. Jill accommodated my request to extend my stay. I will definitely be going back this summer."

"House, location, amenities and owner were great. Both listing agents (VRBO and Evolve) were not helpful beyond reading the info on the listing. Eventually the out of state owner came to the rescue. Except for listing service, neither VRBO or Evolve seemed to be involved or care. This is probably not unusual so beware."
