"The rooms were roomy! The pool was great! There was a dangerous situation at the pool, however. A colony of bees has taken up residence in a crack in the pool coping. The management is aware of the issue, but does not want to kill the colony. FYI. The exterior of our building was not in good shape. The paint was peeling, and the wooden steps were starting to crack. Outdoor picnic areas were great. From the tables out in the open we watched the stars come out. I would definitely stay here again! "

"The staff is very friendly and helpful! We liked the convenient location which is totally walkable to everything in town. The lodge was very quiet, no street noise or noisy neighbors. It was an enjoyable stay. Nothing fancy but everything you could need. Would recommend!"

"We were pleasantly surprised by the lodge! It was such a lovely experience. There is a kitchen available for guests to use so we made hot chocolate and coffee they provided. There is a common living room with games, a communal TV and a pool table. It’s like a cross between a vacation rental, a grown up hostel and a hotel. We loved our stay!"
