Below is a detailed account of the issues I encountered: 1. *Room Cleanliness*: The floor was visibly dirty, with dust and dirt marks throughout the room. 2. *Wall Condition*: The walls showed signs of dampness, and the wallpaper near the bed was covered with mold. I have serious skin sensitivities, and the mold exposure caused me headaches and cold symptoms. 3. *Bedding*: The bedsheet had visible blood stains, as shown in the attached photos. 4. *Carpet*: The carpet was filthy and appeared very old, detracting from the room’s appearance. 5. *Bathroom Hygiene*: The glass and taps in the bathroom were unclean, and the rain shower looked extremely unhygienic, discouraging me from using it. 6. *Toilet Paper*: The toilet paper provided appeared to have been used by someone previously, which was unsettling. 7. *Furniture Condition*: The bedside table was wrapped in plastic that hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, contributing to an overall neglected look. 8. *Fan Control*: The fan’s speed control button was missing. Staff informed me that it couldn't be fixed. 9. *Ceiling and Windows*: The ceiling looked dirty, with visible signs of dampness. The windows appeared extremely unclean, as though they hadn’t been washed in years. 10. *Breakfast Service*: Only one paratha was provided despite my request for two with curd at check-in. Breakfast was limited to a single item with no fruits."

"Hi , The stay at the property has been terrible. There were multiple issues that we faced during out stay at the property. 1. Nowhere on the property's page it is mentioned that outside liquor is not allowed. When we arrived at the property they said it is mentioned. I later found it is mentioned that Outside food is not permitted. I was carrying 2 bottles of alcohol, they said if you want us to permit the same you will have to pay INR500 per bottle and then only we will allow you to carry the same with you. I had no option but to pay or where else would I throw the bottles. This is their way to make money. 2. I have never seen a hotel where the power cuts so frequently. The power was going off so frequently. We were unable to sleep as there was power cut in the morning for good 2-3 hours. On top of it their Air con was not even working. 3. Their check out is a long process. They take good 15 minutes to prepare the bill and do not care about your time. 5. They charges my credit card with INR3000 as a security deposit. When I told them not to charge the card and take a pre authorisation like all the other hotels do. They did charge my card. When i was clearing the bills and I told them I will pay the bill via UPI and made the payment and later they are refunding me with cash and not refunded my CC. Please think twice before booking this hotel. Horrible experience. "

"I read on the expedia that there is pool . However the pool was closed when I stayed there in May . I didnot liked that . Otherwise everything else was excellent "
