"We enjoyed an exceptional experience staying at Number 31 in Dublin on the eve of new years eve! Amazing vibe and ambiance and our room was divine!! We received an incredible upgrade to a huge luxurious room. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating and we even received a glass of Prosecco upon check in! It was an outstanding experience staying at Number 31 and we will not hesitate to return upon our next trip to Dublin. "

"We were a little concerned when we arrived, rang the dorbell and no one seemed there. The lights were on but it took two rings and a long wait before the host unlocked the door. Then she seemed a bit confused about who we were, when we had made our reservation and actually thought we had checked in already earlier that day. The room was nice, had everything we needed. "Unfortunately the owner did not acknowledge our booking and we had to go to another BnB."

"Lovely room with great black out curtains as I needed a small nap. Wifi great. I really liked the private area for guests to eat, overlooked the garden. The bathroom was huge which for a girl is great. There was a little box on the floor which had items you could take if you forgot something, had never seen that before, lovely little touch. Great location if using the rail network, 5 mins walk. I walked to the sea which was 10 mins away. Would be back and highly recommend"

"Everything was as they seemed in the pictures, beautiful room and clean. The staff was super friendly and kindly answered all of our questions. The only trouble thay we had it was thay by foot it was a bit far away from the center, but it had a tram station next to it! "

"We had an amazing stay at The Green! Lovely and helpful staff, amazing cocktails and food at the bar, and comfortable, clean rooms. Very convenient location as it’s not right in the busy Temple Bar area, but within walking distance and also close to lots of great pubs, shopping, and restaurants. It’s also right next to the beautiful St. Stephen’s Green which is very nice to spend some time walking around. If in Dublin again, will definitely be staying here! "

"We didn't spend much time inside the hotel as we were only staying for 1 night and all we did was go back to the hotel to sleep but it was exactly what we needed (a clean, safe place to sleep and use as a base for exploring Dublin). All the staff were friendly and lobby area was lovely."
