"The rooms have clearly been recently redone to a high standard. The room we were in was not huge but were well sized with very high ceilings. The bathroom was was big with a large shower. Overall, it was perfect for our stay!"

"We enjoyed an exceptional experience staying at Number 31 in Dublin on the eve of new years eve! Amazing vibe and ambiance and our room was divine!! We received an incredible upgrade to a huge luxurious room. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating and we even received a glass of Prosecco upon check in! It was an outstanding experience staying at Number 31 and we will not hesitate to return upon our next trip to Dublin. "

"We were a little concerned when we arrived, rang the dorbell and no one seemed there. The lights were on but it took two rings and a long wait before the host unlocked the door. Then she seemed a bit confused about who we were, when we had made our reservation and actually thought we had checked in already earlier that day. The room was nice, had everything we needed. "This was such a cozy and relaxing experience! I only had a 14 hr layover between here and an 8 1/2 hr flight and I am so grateful for this setting. Friendly. Safe. Wonderful hosts. Personable. Breakfast was perfect- just lovely Irish lads. They wanted to make sure I enjoyed my stay- Hope to visit again one day when I can stay longer! "
