"The front desk gal was very nice. She let us store luggage while we walked the town until check in. It was a quiet space away from the main strip but very walkable. The road by the hotel was closed due to construction, but the rooms did a great job of blocking out the sound. We didn’t hear any construction noise even though they worked through the night. Room was very big. Lobby was closed overnights but luckily we didn’t have any issues with our key or entry. Would recommend!"

"Older hotel. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Conveniently located. However, shower curtain mounted inside a beam, making the shower very narrow. Curtain sticks to you. Hotel sits atop a decent hill. No a/c in some rooms. "

"We stayed one night while visiting Queenstown in the spring. The hotel is beautiful and all of the staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. We were met int the parking lot on arrival and were able to check in our room early. We really enjoyed the happy hour with wine, snacks, and music and the big breakfast."
