"Amazing guest service. Hotel is older though (scratched floors, old furniture, coffee stains on side tables) Bed and pillows (and bedding) really need an upgrade. We asked for 2 softer pillow after my body was aching and they only had one of the harder thin pillows left. A little upgrade for a luxury hotel would be nice. Toilet paper is cheap thing material. 2 towels in the room only. Etc. but guest service everywhere was 5 star! And that is what I loved the most. "

"Beautiful interior. Comfortable room. Outdoor pool was very nice. One major downside was broken down elevators. Going up took 15 minutes and coming down took just as long. Very inconvenient and frustrating and not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. "
