"Muy buena ubicación! Las habitaciones son sencillas pero cómodas, no tiene aire acondicionado pero Santa Cruz es fresco por la noche. Tiene ventilador y la nevera funciona perfectamente! Si quieres utilizar la caja fuerte del cuarto, tendrás que hacer un pago por ello, tómelo en cuenta. El baño no tiene la mejor presión de agua pero funciona. Lo mejor de la estadía fue la atención del personal sin duda!"

"Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

"Had a great stay here. Staff all extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for us , from the receptionist on arrival, to the cleaners , to the breakfast staff - nothing was too much trouble. Pool cleaned every morning while we breakfasted. Room was more than big enough , with a small balcony and some cooking facilities ( we didnt use ) - Microwave, hob and fridge , So much more than expected for the price. "We stayed in a beautiful and rustic apartment, very tastefully furnished and spacious. Despite not having a front desk, check-in was very straight forward and the owners provided good communication. The property grounds are well kept and perfect for a quiet retreat and full relaxation. The local cat happily greeted us every time we used the garden and kindly walked with us, keeping us company. "Amazing place , everything perfect ( except wi-fi)"

"The apartments are in a good location and the staff are helpful. It had basic but comfortable furnishings and was spacious with a large balcony. Any problems were dealt with quickly. Shame about the view of the derelict building opposite, but guess they can't do much about that! All in all good value for a central stay if you don't need or want luxury."

AC Tenerife Marriott - an excellent hotel

"Our three nights stay at the AC Tenerife Marriott was fantastic especially the breakfast where you could help yourself to a good selection of food, including freshly cooked eggs of your choice. The roof top area, including the bar, was lovely. "

"The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. The food was a good variety of Spanish and International cuisine, and there was plenty of choices. The hotel had plenty of amenities, such as gym, tennis court, table tennis, petanque and pool to name a few. The hotelbhas extensive and well maintained gardens. Every evening there was entertainment each from 9-10.30ish, which was usuallya variety act. There is a free bus into town several times a day. The hotel lobby also has a an excursions booth. The room i had was large and clean with daly housemaid service. I really enjoyed the experience of The Blue Sea Jardin."
