"This is a really good 5* hotel. It’s got a rather old fashioned interior, but it’s pleasant. Great breakfast! Comfy bed and good bedding. Good gym and spa. Nice pools. Lots of other facilities. Slightly non-customer-focused guy at the reception. "

"Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We don’t speak Spanish but were made to feel so welcome and were listened to if we needed anything. It was a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, the kids pool was a hit. The food was a bit hit and miss and we didn’t get to sample the different restaurants as they weren’t open during our stay. Would definitely go there again."

"The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. The food was a good variety of Spanish and International cuisine, and there was plenty of choices. The hotel had plenty of amenities, such as gym, tennis court, table tennis, petanque and pool to name a few. The hotelbhas extensive and well maintained gardens. Every evening there was entertainment each from 9-10.30ish, which was usuallya variety act. There is a free bus into town several times a day. The hotel lobby also has a an excursions booth. The room i had was large and clean with daly housemaid service. I really enjoyed the experience of The Blue Sea Jardin."

"We have stayed here twice in the last two years. The villas are comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very close to Tenerife South airport so east to come in and out. It’s a great place to relax in when you have been out and about exploring the island. "
