"Loved the location of this hotel. The concierge Dimitri was very attentive but the restaurant staff were not on the ball. We had to wait over an hour for our pudding and when we raised this it was dismissed and told we didn’t wait that long. The breakfast was not kept tidy throughout the service and there were many spillages around the cooked breakfast area. The pool area was lovely. "My deluxe suite room, with spa bath, was just lovely. The view from the deck was of lovely trees, and you could see birds playing on the lawn. The whole room was spotless and furnishings were new and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff very friendly and helpful. Only 2km to Kerikeri shops and the weekend market was in walking distance. Would recommend."
