"Stayed here 6 years ago and I was surprised the motel has remained so clean. It had recently been renovated and I'd say they've continued with that as the decor and furnishings have been updated. This place is clean and not what you'd expect for the <$75 rate. No fanfare, no morning breakfast, but there's coffee and water for tea. If the insulation was better and you didn't have to struggle with rude TV neighbors, it would be great. Close to many eateries, fast food, Walmart, etc. "

"We enjoy the one night stay, look remodeled, bed and bedding excellent- location perfect The only thing was the noisy heater/AC unit . We still sleep good. Just for the property to check some of the units "

"The Paramount Hotel is close to the theater as well as Westlake Center and many tourist destinations in Seattle. The staff was friendly and helpful. When the renovations are complete kater this year, it will be a beautiful hotel."
