"The property is on a beautiful bay and marina. The resort is a little dated, but nevertheless extremely clean and modern in concept. Details are very obvious. In particular, I would like to commend the staff both in the Fireside Restaurant and in the hotel in general. I lost an item of some value and called back to the hotel after a few days. Not only did they have it at the front desk but they sent it to my home immediately. This was a situation which could have gone in another...

The room was also lovely although we had a few minor issues with our stay. 1st and foremost was the in room dining, not only were the delivery and service fees outrageously high, but the food was also terrible. absolute waste of money. secondly as bonvoy members we were not offered any kind of room upgrade which was strange. That being said we did receive early check in and late checkout which made our stay wonderful. "
