The carpet in hallways was very dirty. Dirty cleaning rags left sitting in hallway window. The room itself was not too bad. The continental breakfast was okish, a little on the bland side.

Jennifer (?) the front desk clerk was exceptionally kind and patient with the couple in front of us checking in. (Older couple. She has dementia. He's the only caregiver. They were a bit frazzled.) Your clerk was exemplary in her manner with them. She apologized a few times for the wait. She was very speedy with us and cheerful. An employee, who can switch their manner instantaneously to fit the customer, is pure gold. Congratulations. I sincerely hope you take good care of her. She's worth it!

I didn't like the fact that I booked a room for the hot tub/ whirlpool and it was out of order. Very disappointed because of that. I wanted to use it for my daughter and I and we were looking forward to it. Then we bought some Ice cream from Walmart and the fridge freezer wasn't working. Also when I tried to use the phone in the room it didn't work to call the front desk. The number plate was missing on the phone as well.

Central county location on the highway. Great breakfast with waffles, eggs and sausages. Breakfast room at attendant kept everything clean and well stocked from 6 to 9AM.

Don’t expect breakfast during hours they state. Was told half hour before it closed the staff refused to cook protein/meat. 5 people walked in within 3 min and all told same thing. So obviously the y need to change hours. Staff was ignorant about it. Wig & condoms wrappers in room. Refused to give me another room & no compensation for any of the inconvenience. Expedia also refused any type of help in this matter

Nothing super special about this Hotel, but it was a great place to stay for a couple of nights. Walls were a bit thin so i could easily hear all the actions of those in adjacent rooms and when they would open the doors it sounded like they opened my room's door. Beyond that no major problems. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, good front desk staff.
