"The hotel and the room were clean. The internet was fast enough. The staff was kind enough. The staff did not give accurate information about the hot cider, though. There was complimentary cider in the lobby and, when it wasn't there, they'd say that it would be available at 3p. By 5p if it wasn't there, they'd say that it was seasonal and that it had gone away for the Spring and that it would return in the Autumn, only for it to turn up the very next day. If you're not sure, just say that...

"Be careful about paying extra for a Superior Water View room. They aren't nicer room, and you can't open the blinds. The window was roasting hot and it wasn't even 70 outside. Our room was 76 when we got there and the AC couldn't bring it down. We ended up downgrading and changing rooms. They were VERY Helpful and accommodating though. The manager brought me new keys herself etc. We noticed outside it you looked up, that entire wall of rooms had their blackout blinds pulled. Considering...
