"This hotel is wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the hotel itself. I mean, I was not disappointed in anyway when I got there I got there really early off a cruise. They let me check in early. I told them I was tired and didn’t feel that. Great you know after traveling so they checked me in early. I was able to relax in a beautiful room totally clean totally updated. Just lovely room heating work well everything was clean. Easy to use. No problems whatsoever. The the TV didn’t work right it was disconnected. They came up right away and fixed it. No issue there the restaurant it was the usual fair for a restaurant in a hotel nothing fancy but you can get a drink and they were very accommodating and they let me bring everything up to my room and you know I could not complain at all. They have a little store where you could buy things like sandwiches and salads and all that sort of stuff and you know something to drink so and some emergency items the staff was just couldn’t help you enough I mean, it was just wonderful that the maid service she was she was she won’t be on anything. She was just wonderful and she doesn’t bother you. She doesn’t knock on the door and say and demand you know andI hate when they knock on your door or ring your phone off the hook you know and you’re trying to rest after a cruise and or whatever and you just wanna be left alone to sleep and rest and they really are very good at that so I commend them on everything. Thank you "

"Well situated and quiet - plenty of room for our luggage"

"Check-in was fast—even though we didn’t arrive until 2 a.m. due to flight delays. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Staff were always friendly and responsive. The location is perfect—within walking distance to Pike Place Market, and just a few blocks from the light rail, monorail, and bus stops. It’s also ideal if you’re arriving or departing on a cruise. There are plenty of great coffee shops nearby too. The hotel felt very safe, though it’s worth noting that downtown does have its share of sketchy individuals. Because of that, we chose not to be out after dark. Overall, the hotel provided an amazing experience. Being able to open the balcony window was a lovely touch, and relaxing in the pool and hot tub after a 4-hour hike was incredibly special and therapeutic. Highly recommend this hotel for first-time visitors or even solo travelers."
