"I stayed just one night at Cabinas upon arriving to the Osa peninsula and it was the perfect landing place to being my trip! The staff was so kind and helpful and it was great to be able to get out on the water and Kayak. The location is walking distance to town for cafes, grocery and restaurants. The price is affordable and the room was very clean and cosy! I would definitely stay again if I travel there! "

"Grounds were beautiful. Good security. Nice communal kitchen. Clean, safe place to stay. Good value. This is small thing, but did not impress. Manager wanted cash only. Said he did not have change. Said he would get it, but never did. It was only a few dollars, so we did not pursue. Also had sense that he was regulating our air conditioning without consulting with us."

"This is a lovely place, but I can't give it a great review because on the day we checked-in no one was available at the hotel to answer the phone. Answering the phone when you have guest traveling from out of country, and to a very remote location is standard basic custom service. For whatever reason we could not find our email confirmation the day we were scheduled to arrive and we called and called for 5 hours straight on a Saturday between 12noon-5pm and no one answered the phone. "Its own little oasis by the beach. Quiet, lovely setting with wooded paths between buildings. Food was great and staff was fabulous. Highly recommend staying here form more than just a night or two "
