"This is located in a beautiful area, you can walk around and find different high end malls. Hotel is beautiful. Only complaint is that beds are a little small for two. We had a double room and each bed is a little larger than a twin bed, my husband and I were a little tight. My daughter slept very comfortably."

"I stayed in the ritz Carlton the room was excellent of all the many hotels I have stayed in this is definitely in my top 3. Very clean room excellent view from the room . Has everything you could ever need . Coco is the most pleasant hotel staff member I have ever met and gives A star service . All hotel staff speak excellent English . A was also extremely helpful when checking out and went above and beyond . velian on check in was great and the lady from Kazakhstan also very helpful. For service , Luxury and comfort in Shanghai you have to stay here . Thank you ritz Carlton . Also check out flair bar and the pool "

"Best luxury hotel overall in Shanghai! Great location, next to Nanjing pedestrian street and the bund. Excellent restaurant; surprised it’s not a Michelin star restaurant. Lots of nostalgic themes but not a run down place. Very well decorated and clean room. Love to come back!"
