Not only are the staff friendly and welcoming, the service is good, the food is good and the rooms are nice and clean. If you don’t speak Mandarin the staff are accommodating and friendly and will find a member of the staff to communicate with you in a friendly manner. I was never frustrated or left without anything. "I've stayed at this location several times and in each occasion, I've had a wonderful experience. From the rooms to the staff to the large buffet style breakfast. They offer a variety of meals during the evening hours and it's all cooked fresh. The location is only 2 minutes from the subway station and there are many small shops and even a cinema that are within walking distance. Great spot, great place. "
