"Hotel manager (I am assuming he is) gave me an extra bed upgrade while he know we have 3 people stayed but only 2 twin beds. Lots of good resaurants around and few minutes walking distance to the train station. "

"This place is a great option to stay when visiting Disneyland! We also stayed the night before so we could check out Disney town and get merched up before the big day. They offer an easy and timely shuttle bus service to/from the park, both airports and the main train station. The room was massive, bathroom was also massive, very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend."

"The property is nice but very poor management. The staff are friendly and want to help but no proper training. Very poor food. Food is focused only on chinese customers."

"We were on a overnight layover in Shanghai and we booked this hotel since it was close to the airport as indicated on the website. It was not close to the airport. We arrived late at night after a long day of travel, and we were very disappointed that none of the staff could speak English. "When I arrived at the hotel by a taxi, I had trouble with paying the driver as I only had a credit card which was not an acceptable method. One of the hotel staff helped me with the payment! I really appreciated it. Many of the staff members didn’t speak English, but they were so courteous and very helpful. The hotel was gorgeous. The hotel room was spacious. I liked it very much."
