"Our family stayed just four nights and it was clearly not enough time to fully appreciate the house and its setting on the Riviera. Spacious and well kept, the house is an architectural gem terraced into the landscape. Save for the rusty railings (please paint these!), the house is in good shape with manicured gardens, pathways, a great pool and shared access to the water. "Dit huis is heel erg sfeervol en charmant. Met zorg ingericht met zowel oude spullen als moderne spullen. Wij hebben niets gemist. De ontvangst door de eigenaar was zeer hartelijk. Stefano is heel aardig en behulpzaam. Hij vertelde ons waar we mooie wandelingen konden maken en leende ons een goede wandelkaart. "The property was clean in terms of dust, but dirty in terms of everything else. The dishes that were in the cabinets were not clean. There was an awful smell of a dead animal in the walls or something in the bathroom, so the windows had to stay open. The drawers in the dresser had a bad smell and were not clean as well. Would give 3/5 stars just because the view, location, and the terrace were all phenomenal. Also, be warned, there are many steps to get to the place; don't pack a 50lb suitcase...

"Lovely house with incredible views of Rapallo. We did a self check in as we arrived quite late and found it quite easy to find the property and let ourselves in. The house is on a hill top and the road is a bit narrow but doable even in a fairly big car. The house was spotless, clean bedlinen and towels were provided. One of the previous reviews mentioned the oven was broken, we were very pleasantly surprised to find a brand new oven which works perfectly. Overall we had a very nice time and...

Afortunadamente, Ana (the manager), atentamente nos ofreció otro apartamento en el primer piso que, aunque más pequeño, nos resultaba más accesible. Gracias Ana."

"They had a big SNAKE in the yard which gave us a super unsafe feeling and we left the property right away. The landlord wasn’t negotiable and responsible about this issue. I don’t recommend this property to anyone…"
