"The first and biggest problem is that the apartment smelt like a sewer and the smell became worse by the day. On top of that, it was so damp that my clothes were moist. The aircon didn’t work. This was a problem in March when it wasn’t even 15 degrees so must be hell in the summer. The TV didn’t work either. Very, very basic amenities and stupid things like an iron but no ironing board. "As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. "The holiday in the Emilia Romagna region was very beautiful. The landscape, the small mountain villages are well worth seeing. The domicile was clean and lovingly furnished. The host and her family were very nice, caring and available at any time. The only thing that wasn't so ideal , is the location of the domicile. The distances to the beach and larger tourist cities are very long. It was a 1 hour drive to Rimini and 2.5 hours to Florence. Symbol „Von der Community überprüft“ Feedback "
