"I rented a 4 room apt at this location and was completely satisfied. Very clean except the shower had some mold.Kitchen had dishes and utensles for 4 people,including a cheese grater and corkscrew. I had a king size bed and also a foldout sofa in the dining/living room. very quiet street in the center of town. "Easy to convey to all locations in the city"

"I arrived at about 3 pm. The hotel was with closed and locked gates. I was sure that it was closed as I didn’t see anyone inside. About 45 minutes later the reception person arrived from home. Apparently, his shift starts at 4 pm. I asked to be upgraded from a very old building to a new one. I had to pay extra for the upgrade. I got a room in the new building which was great. "war alles top, bis auf die kommunikation mit der zuständigen person vom vermieter. die hat sich nicht wirklich zeit genommen, hat uns die schlüssel abgegeben und uns nicht einmal den eingang gezeigt zum richtigen wohnblock. wir haben dann die wohnung eine halbe atunde gesucht, da es 2 eingänge gibt im gebäude nummer 9!"

"Spacious bed sit style rooms with everything you need. 10 minute bus ride into Parma and excellent secure parking. Furniture a little tired looking but very clean."
