"This place is so perfect - the views are breathtaking. It is centrally located on the island so you can travel to adventures on one end or the other - car/jeep is a must. The sun on the pool is perfect. Our Property Manager Terri was so communcative! If we had to add anything it would be a cookie sheet (we cooked 2 meals a day at the house) and more furniture in the den for movie watching but, it was perfect for us. We will be back for sure!!!"

"The house was well equipped and comfortable with plenty of gathering space for our family. The deck, pool area and dock were all nice spaces with spectactular views. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sipping coffee overlooking the sound. We had a maintenance issue with the pool, but property manager and maintence man addressed it immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay and are thankful to have made wonderful memories on Chalk Sound."

"We stayed here after 4 months cruising on our sailboat. We needed a place to stay while off loading our boat and prepare it for storage. There are several beaches nearby for enjoying the water. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The views are spectacular, the kayaking is great. Easy in and out access on the waters edge and dock. Outdoor spaces are also very nice."

"The property is just perfect for our stay, beach front, silent, near to everything what we need (restaurants, grocery stores). Even though the communication with the property is slow/late response, the housekeeper, Ms. Lita, explained everything to us, she even recommend where to shop and eat, she keep our place very clean, thank you!"

"This is a pretty place. Easy to get away. The room was very nice and the common area around the small pool was pretty (get your mosquito spray out). Luckily, I found the place on my own. 2 taxi drivers were lost trying to get there. As well, I stumbled onto and into the room; I finally was able to call someone and 45 minutes later, a nice lady, Luz, showed up to say hi. Good that I was in the correct room. "Location is amazing!!! Right on the beach. Porch facing the ocean. Housekeeping every other day with clean towels. Wifi is excellent. House does need some updating and maintenance. Also needs to address the ant issue. "

"We had an amazing time! Family of 4 with two teenagers. The layout was perfect and the owners provided extremely helpful advice and suggestions on what to check out on the island. "This villa was spectacular ! The views from each level are superb ! We had 6 friends traveling and everyone said it was the best trip ever ! A few of us had been to TCI before but not for awhile. Everything that you need is in the well appointed kitchens on each level - we grilled a few nights and Las Brisas a few yards up the street had excellent meals .The beach was awesome ! "Wonderful place to stay with kids and family, especially for the price. The included breakfast was a bonus. Very central location, easy walk to the beach, a nice grocery store, various shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, with good AC, and the kids loved the pool, hot tub, ping pong, pool table, and free games. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Sands at Grace Bay is absolutely amazing. Staff is all very friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and very well cared for. Beach is gorgeous. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Hemingway’s is the restaurant on site and the food is amazing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Resort is walkable to shops and restaurants. Grocery store nearby. Couldn’t ask for more from this resort and its wonderful staff. "

"We had a great experience staying at Ocean Club Resort ! Everybody was so nice at the reception area, Caroline, Mike. They were always ready to help us. Our 2 br villa in front of the beach was very clean, spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. Nice place to stay with a tennis court. Great location. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Shore Club. All of the amenities—beach, pools, restaurants, gym, etc.—are as elegant as advertised. It is one of the more upscale hotels on the island, and it feels that way during your stay. The food/beverage prices are comparable to what you see throughout the tourist areas of the island…maybe a little higher due to the luxury of the resort. Shore Club is somewhat isolated from the more active tourist spots on the island. This wasn’t a negative for us, just something to be aware of. There is nothing really walkable from the hotel, but they offer an hourly shuttle which will take you to their sister properties (Sands, Palms) from which you can walk downtown to local restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again."
