"The staff at this resort are fantastic and make the stay. Marcia is a gracious and kind hostess, making breakfast daily and doing an outstanding job of cleaning the rooms during the day. Mike, the bartender is affable, funny, and creates a lighthearted atmosphere. The sailing/kite surfing instructor has a lifetime of experiences to share with you. And those are a few of the great employees we met there. I would advise renting a car because there are almost no dining options on the property...

"Loved our time at Grandview. The location of the property is perfect. We were able to walk to many places for lunch and dinner. It’s also close to several shops. Adeline was wonderful and very helpful!"

"Stated 7 nights as a family of 5. Recommend staying here for big family, very nice, spacious and clean & great customer service, except the property manager when we asked for towels kinda came off a bit aggressive "

"I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. "

"We just returned from a week long visit and it was our first time in TC...The unit has tons of room and incredible views! The host responded immediately to an issue that cropped up. The amount of space for the money cannot be beat on the island. Like other reviews mention you absolutely need a car and remember driving is on the other side of the road! Our favorite spot was Dickies on Grace bay for swimming and hanging out all day. Easy parking and and they rent you loungers and tables. Stunning...

"This home is located in Queens Angel condos by Turtle Cove Marina on the first floor. You can go straight out to the pool from the unit. The property is high up with a nice view of the sky but you don't really see the water or beach. I enjoyed relaxing at the pool and the unit has a nice patio area with several comfortable seats.There are a handful of restaurants nearby and you can walk to the public beach in 15 min though you'll generally want a car or to rent a bike from Scooter Bob's...

Appliances were clean and in working order; bathrooms clean; washer and dryer came in handy.Both king size were very comfortable!One of the 2 bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom.The other bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom but a full bathroom is right around the corner.If you like nature, quietness, and no crowds of people, this place is perfect. "We really enjoyed our stay! The villa was as advertised and the beach access is perfect. Always a great selection of places to lounge on the beach. The beach staff will gladly help you set up your chairs if you need any assistance at all (we didn't, but we saw people who did and the staff were just great!). "Pictures didn’t do it justice. You walk right out the back sliding door past a pool and onto the beach. The beach is beautiful. There is a fantastic beach side bar right there that locals from across the island recommend. We had such a good time. Highly recommended"

"We were supposed to go somewhere else but there was a hurricane. So at the last minute we chose Turks & Caicos. With not much planning, we ended up at Ocean Bay West condo. It was clean, had snorkeling gear for us 4 plus some, beach chairs, and a cooler. The cooler was perfect to pack lunches and waters for our days at the beach. The beach is beautiful, the location is good, we did rent a car to see other parts of the island and I’m glad we did. We would stay here again. "

"Excellent Place to call home for a week or more. Hotel boutique atmosphere that is condo like with an ocean front experience. 10/10 really with the barrier reef steps from your room to enjoy snorkeling. This protected reef makes for a magical healing seas vacay not to mention the amazing boat trip to Half Moon Bay!! This surpasses any beach front usual place since it exudes relaxation, beauty and nirvana all in one trip! "

"The property is quite lovely. Well-maintained with a couple small pools. Lots of palm trees and great atmosphere. The restaurant was fantastic. We ate several breakfasts there, several dinners, and had lunch brought to us at the beach. Some of the best meals we had on the trip were at the hotel restaurant. We stayed in a villa, which was fantastic, too. Had our own small pool and patio, two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a very large living room/kitchen combo. The only small complaints I have are the noise from the nearby club, with music pumping into the night. Not the hotel's fault, and they do provide you with earplugs. And the back of the hotel and one side are basically surrounded by areas where there will soon be construction/new buildings. Manicured palm trees out front, not so much in the back. (And there happened to be a shooting at the club while we were there. Again, not the hotel's fault, but a little disconcerting. Felt safe walking around on the beach side, though, even at night.) Easy walk to the beach and town, where the were more restaurants and a large grocery store. Also easy walking access to other large hotels, where you can also eat. Beach area was beautiful, and the beach service of food and drinks was very nice. Overall, would definitely stay here again."
