"The only con regarding the property is that it is on a small block and parking is scarce. Otherwise the property and stay was wonderful. Joel was a great host: very helpful, and accommodating. Walking through the door, the air is fragrant, the decor is welcoming and the property is clean. Brick wall leading you upstairs, new kitchen appliances, and a fenced backyard. Minor details such as tissue art in both bathrooms made you appreciate the hospitality. Will definitely book & visit again."

"The Home is VERY well taken care of. The only downside was the parking--There is no onsite parking available.What is available is on street parking in a residential neighborhood."

"The house was clean, stylish, well appointed, and very comfortable for a family. Nice appliances, appreciated filtered water and ice maker. Beds very comfortable. Game room fun. TV's all working and easy to use. Lots of good food, drink, and deli/markets nearby. Fishtown cool."

"I really loved the closeness to the Rivers Casino and the quietness of the neighborhood. The available appliances and dishware were great too! I had 2 teens with me and they loved all the TVs and gameroom available!"

"although i didn't get as much time to spend as i thought - the hostess was fabulous and very accommodating - the property was very clean and neat and had everything you might want"

"We traveled to Philly for my son’s 16th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own space and we were able to gather in the living room comfortably to watch movies. All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area. The rooftop view was beautiful and a great place to wind down at the end of the night, read quietly and watch the sunrise. The place was immaculate in cleanliness and the extra details were a very pleasant surprise! Communication...

"My friends and family stayed for the Philly Marathon. This was perfect because it had beds for everyone! It was great to have everyone be able to sit and relax. Fishtown was great to be away from the chaos of downtown, but still easy to get there. Parking was a bit tricky and we ended up getting a ticket ($27). Also, it seemed like the dishwasher was not functioning so we had to fill the water by hand. Other than those two things, the place was great!"

"We had a large group and this was a great stay. Everything was there, even coffee. Streaming services, WiFi, all the amenities. Beautiful property and owners were extremely easy to work with, very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected. Thanks for making the stay easy. "
