"This is a very nice condo with a lovely view of the north shore. Everything was in good condition and kitchen was well supplied with cooking supplies. Roger ( owner) sent several messages before we arrived to pass along tips for things to do in the area, restaurant suggestions, etc. He even sent a photo of what supplies had been left behind by other guests to give us an idea of what we needed to buy for groceries. "We had a great time at the condo. It is large and comfortable and so so quiet!! It is great to see all the birds on the golf course. We have stayed in this complex numerous times and we love it. It feels safe and has everything we need. "

"The house has a perfect layout for families with ample seating and a beautiful lanai. For those that want it, the air conditioning is great. Proximity to the grocery store, favorite beaches and farm markets is super convenient. Supplied beach chairs and boogie boards saved us additioonal rental fees.
