"The property we stayed at had the quality of a fairly luxurious time share property, but for a fraction of the price. A short drive from Hanalei, and a short walk to a private beach. We had two full rooms, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a deck. I was also super pleased with the communication from their main staff member. However, be warned to read the fine print as you do have to pay a fairly costly cleaning fee as part of this rental. I would definitely go there again."

"This location is great for a relaxing getaway. I would recommend it to couples or older people that want to be away from families and children. If you are a family or more adventurous I would recommend a location on the south of the island. It was extremely quiet, clean and no complaints for the time we stayed. "

"First time on Kauai? Please be aware, nothing is Ocean Front. You may see the ocean, but all housing is high on cliffs and far from the water. Between the roosters and the property maintenance workers, do not plan to sleep past 7 a.m! Would have been nice to have a food option on the property. I believe on some days there is now a food truck that parks there. If it is winter, choose housing on the south side of the island. "Excellent view of the ocean-next to the golf course. Kicked off the walkway and badgered by golf attendant even though it was next to our room and we were viewing the sunrise! Late flight caused late checkin. Staff not available for checkin and security had to be called which was not super helpful to find the room. Parking was challenging and service was acceptable-nothing special. "
