"Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If you’re a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as...

"We had a lovely stay at Julie’s place. She was a great host, eg sorting out some toys for the kids. The place was as expected, a lovely compact two-bed flat with very nice furnishings etc. It’s a basement/ground floor flat so there is a bit of footfall noise from the place upstairs - no other noise but worth being aware of if that kind of thing bothers you. "

"We had the most amazing time in Brighton. We came to move our daughter into the University and explored her new home town. 50B the Garden View apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The buses took us everywhere and the train station was within walking distance to take us to London for a weekend getaway. "I cannot comment on my stay as when i areived at the property there was no instructions no host tge number i was given for the host was non existent and the email address wasnt active. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone in my honest opinion its a scam."

"Great little flat in a good location. This glat has everything you need to stay for a few days or for the week. Please make sure you ask for the paeking permits before arriving otherwise you will struggle to find parking but for £5 a day, i could not complain. The living room was cosy and the bedroom very comfortable. 30 minutes away from the seafront and 16 mins from the lanes makes it a good location for a fair price."
