" From the moment we arrived the cleanest, decorations and extraordinary smell of the lobby make you get in love with the place. The front desk personnel are extraordinary, the way they welcome you, and take the time to explain everything about the hotel is unbelievable. They took the time to give us recommendations of restaurants, places to see, how to take trips to the lake , or found a great spa for a good massage. "Easy access to bus for day trip to Verona Staff was extremely helpful and friendly No AC if you go after sept 30 but that seemed to be the case in all our Northern italy stays. Window open was fine as it is not noisy. Overall, a good day we were only going to be there one night but opted to stay a second night because everything was so convenient."

"It took me a while to find the area. I guess I needed to see a big sign that says Casamore to know that I was at the right place. The room was very nice and well maintained. It was a very local-feel stay which I liked. You get your own bathroom but you have to come out of your room to get there, though I did not mind the steps to the bathroom. It is also very close to shops, dining spots and walkable to basically all attractions."
