The saunas and the outdoor pools are wonderful. A great variety at breakfast and excellent meals in the main restaurant. Some areas need an upgrade.

Go if you want to relax with heated pools
We arrived late October with low expectations. We were looking for a heated or indoor pool witch the pictures didn't show that well. We checked in at another hotel in the resort and service and welcome was great. Clean rooms. They forgot we came 4 people. but that was resolved immediately. The staff were very nice and smiling and we felt us welcome. The heated in and outdoor pools with 37 C were amazing with terma water. It is not a place with roller coasters and not meant to be. The hotels are a bit old, but a renovation takes place at the moment

Hotel Splendid?
We originally booked for Hotel Splendid (another hotel on the same complex) but when we arrived this hotel was completely unoccupied. We were then informed that we had been transferred to the nearby hotel Sporting! This information really should have been communicated by email in advance. A similar thing happened when awaiting dinner one evening - another guest informed us that dinner was being served that evening in nearby Majestic hotel. The hotel reception meanwhile had watched several of us waiting, and didn’t bother telling us! It is a shame because the accomodation, food, and facilities are fantastic. Clearly the management and running of this complex needs a overhaul
