Large bedrooms. Old interiors in bedrooms. Dinner service 7.45 until 9.00pm. Same table allocated for breakfast and dinner throughout stay. Very bright, large dining room. Good food though set menu. Good breakfast. Reception areas large and attractive. An extremely traditional hotel that needs a more modern approach.

La struttura nel complesso si presenta bene, la hall è antica ma ben tenuta, ha il suo fascino, le piscine sono accettabili. La cosa peggiore è stata la camera, decisamente da ristrutturare, decisamente ferma agli anni 80! Anche la pulizia in camera e zone piscina è sicuramente migliorabile

Prenotazione arrivata errata per età del bimbo ma risolta in maniera gentile e veloce dal personale. Non ci hanno avvisato dei servizi a disposizione (es. The delle 17, sauna, bagno turco visti per caso alla fine del soggiorno). Camera molto spaziosa, abbastanza pulita ma necessita di manutenzione: scarico vasca non funzionante e ci è rimasta in mano un'anta della doccia. Piscina esterna piccola e non collegate esterna ed interna, è necessario uscire dall'acqua per raggiungerle. Colazione buona e varia. Personale gentile (a parte il signore al the pomeridiano infastidito visivamente al solo "scusi". Pensava fosse successo chissà cosa ('cos'è successo qui?', invece volevamo solamente segnalare che l'acqua calda era finita).

Dopo anni che giro hotel a 5 stelle, posso finalmente dire che questo ne è veramente all'altezza. Ottima struttura, arredamenti di qualità, camera spaziosa, letto grande. Il personale della struttura molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Piscina esterna abbastanza spaziosa con forma tondeggiante, il tutto attorniato da prato, alberi e coniglietti gioiosi che saltellano.

Superbe hotel ou le luxe suranné mais tellement agreable nous replonge à la grande epoque des thermes du 19 eme siecle.. restaurant elegant aux nappages subtils, argenterie, vaisselle superbe, les gants blancs des serveurs et l’accueil personnalisé pour chaque hote, decor grand siecle… massages agreables et pro, structures de bain parfaites, bref, de quoi passer quelques jours calmes et reposants, pour des prix tres abordables
