"We loved it because the weather can be 4 seasons in one day so we made a point of taking a walk every morning for a couple of hours after breakfast. It has private walkways and bridges which provide wonderful short cuts and also access to the other Savoy hotel. The food in the hotel restaurants is exceptional and so we did not eat out in 6 days there (oh once we ate out, meeting friends). Cleanliness including all the toilets just top notch. Service around the pool top notch. Very very difficult to beat (Only the spa disappointed purely from a noise perspective as some drilling was going on but this is rare of course. Wonderful spa). The rooms excellent and sizeable"

"I enjoyed my time very much here. I loved that there was parking but depending on the time day of you came back it was often full (only fits about 17 cars), and you had to get creative with parking elsewhere (5 creative spots). If all the creative spots were gone then you would have to park ten minutes away, which luckily didn’t happen to us in early April 2025. I would imagine during high season parking would be very difficult, so don’t stay out too late with your car!! The location was not too far off the highway and offered day tours and hiking tours at reasonable prices on various days of the week. Their indoor pool is NOT INDOOR. It is only covered and is open to the elements, I actually think the indoor pool is colder than the outdoor pool because it is not warmed up by the sun. We used the steam room and dry sauna which was nice but they close early at 7pm which should be open later as people could use it after a long day of hiking! It was relaxing the one time we used it, the second time we just sat in the residual heat. Breakfast buffet is great and has many options, the perfect fuel for exploring the island!! One thing I would say I found annoying is that I often went to the front desk to ask questions and half the time no one would even be there and there is no bell to ring so I would say the service staff were not super helpful at this hotel."

"The hotel is in a great location, with a walkable area and a lot of restaurants around it. We stayed in a room with pool view and were actually able to walk out the room and go straight to the pool. There also was an ocean view from our room, although we never got down to the beach. The staff was friendly and all the amenities were fine. Free parking was limited, especially since it was also being used by the locals. "

"The property was very dated and in need of refurbishing,the bathroom definitely needs replacing . However the accommodation was clean . The location was just perfect & we had a sea view room that made up for the quality of the room . Breakfast was very poor and basic . We didn’t go after day 1 , there are lots of shops close by ,where you can grab foods & nice restaurants , A beautiful little town , "
